SMALL TOWN CHRISTMAS

Cover blurb:

All Holland McCall ever wanted–for Christmas or any other
occasion–was Tucker Callahan.  Unfortunately, he was the
high school jock and she an overweight, unattractive
nobody.  But things have changed.  Holly has left the small
town they grew up in and made a career for herself, with
plans to move on to even greater things.  Tucker, on the
other hand, has just returned to town, divorced and the
single father of two young girls.  A visit home for the
holidays and a chance encounter leaves both of them
questioning everything they thought they ever wanted.

What people are saying about
Nicole McCaffrey’s
Small Town Christmas

Score: 4 / 5 Rising star newscaster Holland McCall returns
home for the Thanksgiving holidays with mixed feelings.
When she left she was overweight and unattractive, but
times have changed and so has she. Tucker Callahan was a
popular athlete who did not give his neighbor a second
glance. Now, Holland is on her way to further fame and
fortune and Tucker is a divorced father of two daughters
who has returned to live in the small town of his youth.
Although they both left for different reasons, an unexpected
encounter wreaks emotional havoc on the lives they have
created for themselves.
"Small Town Christmas" by
Nicole McCaffrey is a wonderful holiday story of love,
forgiveness and the importance of family. The engaging
small town atmosphere prompts both Holland and Tucker to
rethink their priorities and their future.

THE MODEL MAN

Cover blurb:

Single mom and romance novelist Kelly Michaels has no time for a man
in her life. But when mega-famous cover model Derek Calavicci puts the
moves on her at a romance writers’ conference, she succumbs to
temptation. Common sense prevails, however, and after a few
passionate kisses she turns him down; she has impressionable
teenagers at home, after all, she doesn’t need a one-night-stand with a
much younger man, no matter how hot he is. When photos of their
passionate moonlight kiss hit the tabloids, her agent has to do some
fast footwork to save her reputation. Will the notorious bad boy go
along with her scheme?
Derek rarely hears a woman say “no”-- it’s been that way his entire life.
If Kelly isn’t interested, he’s not going to push her--even if she does
melt like ice cream on a hot sidewalk every time he touches her. But
when an unexpected opportunity falls into his lap by way of Kelly’s
scheming agent, he jumps at the chance. Pretend he’s in love with Kelly
Michaels for two weeks? No problem. After all, the lady may say she’s
never going to sleep with him... but he's got two weeks to convince her
otherwise.

What they're saying about "The Model Man"

SRR GRADE:  A+

"The Model Man" was a very smooth read.  Nicole McCaffrey told the
story of the interesting life of an erotic romance novel and cover model.
Kelly--strong-willed, very protective of her kids, proud of her writing, but
not very confident when it comes to her attractiveness to the opposite
sex.  Derek--confidence oozes out of every pore.  He is in control of
every part of his life except for the nightmare he witnessed almost 7
years ago that still haunts him.  Their sexual near misses are more than
made up for when they finally share a night of passion.  Together, they
become the tag team that will get Kelly through tough times with her
teen-aged daughter and ex-husband and help Derek manage his
manager and very Italian family.
 "The Model Man" was funny,
compassionate, heart wrenching, and down right sexy.  It was a great
reminder that my favorite writers and cover models are human too.
